Missed appointments affect the services we can provide for our patients, Please keep in mind that unlike physicians, we do not book multiple patients for the same slot. Your appointment time is reserved solely for your treatment. We therefore request, that as our patient, you assume the responsibility for missed appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $35 charge.

We do understand that circumstances can arise that will not allow 24 hour notice. If this happens, please call us as soon as you can to let us know you will be missing the appointment, or as soon after the appointment as possible.

Multiple missed appointments or last minute cancellations may result in discharge from the practice.
