Leanne O'Neil Fletcher, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Fletcher has over 19 years experience as an audiologist; she has been in private practice since February of 2000. Prior to owning her own practice, she had worked as a dispensing audiologist for another practice in Massachusetts. Dr. Fletcher obtained her Masters in Audiology from Northeastern University in Boston and her Doctorate from Salus University in Pennsylvania. She also has a Bachelors in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Her area of expertise is in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing.
She and her husband have one daughter, two dogs, and three cats. In her spare time she can be found spending time with her family and pets, gardening, and boating.
Tiffany Pfleger, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Tiffany Pfleger has been a clinical dispensing audiologist for over 17 years. She chose the profession of Audiology because she has had a unilateral hearing loss herself due to scarlet fever when she was 4-years old. Dr. Pfleger wears a hearing aid, which allows her to empathize with her patient’s hearing and hearing aid difficulties. Dr. Pfleger’s primary interest is in advanced hearing aid technology. Since hearing technology is constantly changing, she prides herself on staying up to date on all the recent advances. Dr. Pfleger recently obtained her doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. She also has a master’s in Audiology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
Tammy has worked for Advanced Audiology since 2012. Prior to that time, she managed the office of her husband's building and remodeling business, and worked as a retail manager. Tammy spent many years volunteering in the Mashpee School system when her two boys were attending. Now that both of her sons have graduated, she dedicates her spare time to the Mashpee Kiwanis. of which she is currently the president.
Tammy and her husband are long-time residents of Mashpee, where they raised their sons. Tammy has many interests includiing cooking, gardening, ATV riding, and snowmobiling. She and her family enjoy spending weekends and holidays at their second home in Rangely, VT.
Hearing Aid Technician
Nancy Richard joins us as our Hearing Aid Technician, serving clients in both our locations. After a long, enjoyable career in practical nursing, Nancy is pursuing further education and training in the audiology profession, with direct guidance and assistance from Leanne Fletcher and Tiffany Pfleger. Nancy fulfilled a life-long dream of living by the ocean when she moved, with her family, from upstate NY. Her interests continue to be influenced by all the Cape has to offer; swimming, beachcombing, biking and summer visits with her children. Nancy stays involved in the community through volunteer work, especially with the Family Pantry and Literacy Council.
