New Service: Remote Hearing Care
During uncertain times, the importance of better hearing to help you stay connected with family and friends is more important than ever. This is especially true when so much of our day-to-day communication is by phone and video. That’s why we are pleased to be able to offer a new service that allows us to care for your hearing needs remotely.
Remote hearing care (telecare) lets you connect online with Dr. Pfleger or Dr. Fletcher for fittings and adjustments of your hearing aids, using a compatible smartphone or tablet. The app is easy to use, but recommended for experienced hearing aid users, as initial settings ad adjustments cannot be done remotely.
Initially, we will be offering this service for both Oticon and Signia hearing aid users. If you have any questions or are interested in making an appointment for remote hearing care, please call one of our offices at 508-385-5222 (Yarmouth Port) or 508-539-9780 (Mashpee).
